Anaïs Martin

Anaïs Martin (she/her) is a social anthropologist (PhD) and postdoctoral fellow in the department of social work at Université du Québec en Outaouais under the supervision of Isabel Côté. Her research looks at kinship in contemporary Euro-American societies with a particular interest in donor conception. For her doctoral dissertation, she worked on the experiences of adults conceived via anonymous sperm donation between the 1940s and the 1990s in France and England. Her postdoctoral research deals with the experience of gamete donors who have been contacted by their donor offspring.
