Anne-Marie Luca (she/her) is a student in the short graduate program on infertility and assisted reproduction at the University of Quebec in Outaouais, and co-founder and executive director of Centre ESPER, a non-profit organization that supports and informs people experiencing reproductive issues. Since 2025, she has represented Quebec in the Canadian Coalition for Fertility, a working group led by Fertility Matters Canada that brings together stakeholders from across the country to promote patient rights and equitable access to assisted reproductive care. She joined the Canada Research Chair in Third-Party Reproduction and Family Ties to deepen her knowledge of the ethical, social, legal, and medical issues in this field. She is currently working on the project Intergenerational Ties Through the Lens of Third-Party Reproduction.
