Angélik Lepage Cabeceiras

Research Assistant

Angélik Lepage Cabeceiras (she/her) holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from the Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO), and is a master’s student in social work at UQO, under the supervision of Professor Geneviève Pagé. Her research interests include placement and adoption in the context of youth protection, family diversity, and the realities of 2SLGBTQ+ communities. Her dissertation will focus on the experience of applicants from the 2SLBGTQ+ community during the adoption process via the Director of Youth Protection (DYP). She is currently working on the Adoption project of the Canada Research Chair on Third-Party Reproduction and Family Ties.
